Due to the bespoke nature of this work, an initial consultation is required to fully understand your needs and scope the service appropriately. Following this, a customised proposal will be provided, with pricing reflecting your individual needs.
Fees may vary depending on factors including property size, level of service required, legal considerations, and any preparation involved. Where applicable, additional tools, specific preparation, security checks, travel expenses such as airfares, accommodation, and car hire will be included as part of the final proposal.

By booking or using services provided by The House Of Continued Wellbeing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. All services are delivered in a professional, respectful, and client-focused manner. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
2. Nature of Services
All services provided are complementary wellness services and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or guarantee outcomes relating to medical or mental health conditions. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals where required.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, results may vary between individuals and environments. Due to the subjective and personal nature of these services, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibility
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily participating
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations
You will provide accurate and honest information where required
5. Bookings & Payments
Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to secure your booking
Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice
Services may not be delivered until payment has been received
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Minimum 24 hours notice is required to reschedule appointments
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of payment
At our discretion, rescheduling may be offered in exceptional circumstances
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of services provided:
No refunds are offered for completed services
Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes
In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund or reschedule will be offered
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

10. Travel & On-Site Services
For in-person or location-based services:
Additional fees may apply for travel, accommodation, and related expenses
These will be agreed upon prior to service delivery
11. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where:
A client is abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate
Requests fall outside the scope of services
There is a conflict with legal or ethical obligations
